The audience on 12th June 2010 evening at Shanmukananda Sabha Hall had the great fortune to witness a scintillating veena play by Smt. Gayathri . It was a mesemerizing performance by the Veena prodigy . The highlight of the programme was the Ragam thanam pallavi played on the raga Kanthamani.
Mrs. Gayathri also obliged a fan by playing Himagirithanaye. The accompanying artists Shri. Trichur Narendran on the Mridangam and Shri Purushotham on the Ganjira were equal to the task.
